GCS Technology LLC is a leading provider of innovative IT solutions and services dedicated to helping businesses enhance their technology infrastructure. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team.

A Business Development Manager (BDM) drives company growth by identifying new opportunities expanding client networks and developing strategies to increase revenue and market presence. The role involves market research lead generation sales support relationship management responding to RFPs and collaborating with sales and marketing teams. Strong communication strategic thinking and problem-solving skills are essential as the BDM serves as a key point of contact for new clients and plays a vital role in brand growth and financial performance.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology or a related field.

Strong understanding of IT products services and solutions (e.g. software hardware cloud services).

Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Sales/BD Background: 3-5 years in sales marketing account management or partnership roles.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as an IT Technical Engineer or similar role (2 years preferred). Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows Linux) and network protocols. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
