Business Development Associate

We are looking for a proactive Business Developer to join our team. If you have strong communication skills experience in digital marketing agencies and the ability to coordinate sales activities efficiently we would love to hear from you.

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience in Social Media Content creation or digital marketing industry
* Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination or business development support
* Experience in digital marketing agencies is a must
* Strong communication negotiation and client handling skills
* Experience in cold calling and lead follow-ups
* Knowledge of digital marketing services such as Web Design SEO Google Ads Social Media and Content Creation
* Strong organizational and presentation skills
* Familiarity with CRM management and sales processes

**Responsibilities:**

* Assist the sales team in preparing proposals quotations and presentations
* Coordinate with prospects and clients through calls emails and meetings
* Conduct cold calls and follow-ups with potential clients
* Support negotiations and deal closures
* Follow up on pending payments and client communications
* Maintain CRM/database and track sales progress
* Attend client meetings and assist during presentations and discussions
* Coordinate internally with design and marketing teams for a smooth project handover
