Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Boutique Manager with a strong background in luxury jewelry and high-end retail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the boutiques daily operations driving sales performance delivering exceptional client experiences and leading a high-performing retail team. Key Responsibilities Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the luxury jewelry boutique. Drive sales revenue profitability and achievement of monthly and annual targets. Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience and build long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients. Lead motivate coach and develop boutique sales advisors and retail staff. Monitor individual and team sales performance and implement action plans to achieve targets. Maintain strong knowledge of fine jewelry diamonds gemstones watches collections and luxury brands. Handle VIP clients and provide personalized service including private appointments and exclusive product presentations. Develop and maintain a strong clienteling strategy and CRM database. Monitor stock levels inventory movements transfers and stock security in coordination with the relevant teams. Ensure the boutique follows company standards for visual merchandising grooming brand presentation and customer service. Manage boutique opening/closing procedures cash handling security and operational compliance. Analyze sales reports KPIs conversion rates average transaction value and customer traffic. Support local marketing events trunk shows product launches and VIP client activities. Resolve customer complaints professionally while protecting the brands luxury image. Ensure compliance with company policies retail procedures and health & safety requirements. Coordinate with merchandising logistics marketing finance and HR teams as required. Prepare regular sales and operational reports for senior management. Requirements Bachelors degree or diploma in Retail Management Business Administration Luxury Management or a related field. 58 years of retail experience preferably within luxury jewelry fine jewelry watches or high-end fashion. Minimum 23 years of experience in a Boutique/Store Manager or senior retail management position.
