Requirements:
Minimum 5 years offshore experience
Valid STCW certification
Bosun or AB CoC preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of deck machinery mooring and lifting operations
Safety-conscious and team-oriented

Technical & Operational Skills Deck Operations Expertise Skilled in mooring, unmooring, anchoring, and cargo handling. Rigging & Lifting Proficient in using lifting gear, rigging tools, slings, and winches safely. Maintenance Skills Ability to perform and supervise chipping, painting, greasing, and cleaning of decks and equipment. Familiar with Maritime Safety Procedures Knowledge of SOLAS, ISM, and other safety regulations. Small Boat Handling Capable of launching, retrieving, and operating lifeboats or rescue crafts.
Education
Qualifications & Experience: * Valid STCW Certificates * Basic Safety Training * Minimum 3 5 years experience in a similar offshore role * Strong leadership and communication skills * ADNOC / ARAMCO experience (preferred)
