Key Responsibilities

Develop 3D BIM models (Revit) for precast elements columns beams wall panels load-bearing walls façade/cladding panels hollow-core and solid slabs staircases balconies and connections in line with approved design information and BIM standards.
Model connections embedded items lifting inserts and reinforcement information as directed by the Senior BIM Modeler and Design Engineers.
Update and revise models based on design changes consultant/client comments and instructions from Senior Modellers or Engineers.
Extract general arrangement element and production drawings from BIM models under supervision.
Support clash detection activities using Navisworks and assist in resolving modelling-level clashes.
Follow BIM standards naming conventions and Levels of Detail (LOD) requirements set out in the project BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
Maintain accurate model version control and coordinate revisions with the BIM Coordinator/Document Control.
Assist with model-based clarifications requested by the Production Department during manufacturing.

Coordinate with Draftsmen and Detailers on drawing extraction and detailing consistency.
