ملخص الوظيفة
Develop and maintain detailed MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) BIM models using Autodesk Revit and other BIM tools.
Coordinate MEP models with architectural and structural models to ensure clash-free integration.
Prepare detailed shop drawings coordinated layouts and quantity take-offs.
Collaborate closely with project engineers architects and site teams for design updates and modifications.
Implement and follow company/project BIM standards and protocols.
Participate in design coordination and clash detection meetings using Navisworks or similar tools.
Maintain documentation and version control of models as per project requirements.
Assist in BIM execution plans and workflows.
Ensure compliance with local codes standards and client requirements.
