As a Barista you will craft high-quality coffee and beverages provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean organized and welcoming workspace to ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding café experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee espresso-based beverages teas and other drinks according to company standards.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines grinders and other café equipment.
• Provide friendly professional and efficient customer service to all guests.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments when required.
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality presentation and taste.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and dining area in accordance with food safety standards.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and replenishment.
• Follow health safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily café operations.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate or training in Hospitality Food & Beverage or Barista Skills is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a Barista in a high-volume café coffee shop or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee brewing methods espresso extraction milk texturing and latte art.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service skills with a guest-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Positive attitude professional appearance and strong teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts weekends and public holidays.
• Must be currently in UAE
