Sinless Hospitality Consulting is currently recruiting an experienced Barista for a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Dubai.

Barista / Specialty Coffee

• Previous hospitality and barista experience is mandatory preferably within a 4- or 5-star hotel luxury café specialty coffee shop or high-end restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee espresso preparation brewing methods and coffee equipment.
• Excellent understanding of coffee quality presentation and beverage service standards.
• Ability to prepare a wide range of hot and cold beverages consistently to a high standard.
• Knowledge of latte art is highly desirable.
• Strong guest-service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance positive attitude and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexible to work shifts weekends evenings and public holidays.

We are looking for a professional passionate and guest-focused Barista who takes pride in delivering exceptional coffee and beverage experiences within a luxury hospitality environment.

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages specialty coffees teas and other beverages.
• Operate and maintain professional coffee machines grinders and other bar equipment.
• Ensure consistency in taste presentation temperature and portion standards.
• Provide knowledgeable and personalized service based on guest preferences.
• Maintain a clean organized and hygienic coffee station at all times.
• Monitor coffee milk syrups and other inventory levels and minimize waste.
• Follow hotel food safety hygiene and beverage service standards.
• Assist with menu preparation beverage promotions and new coffee offerings where required.
• Maintain a polished and welcoming service environment.
• Handle guest requests and feedback professionally and efficiently.
