Barista

Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages including specialty coffee tea and other drinks.

Maintain consistently high standards of beverage quality presentation and taste.

Provide friendly professional and attentive service to guests.

Take and accurately process guest orders and payments.

Maintain cleanliness hygiene and organization of the bar and work areas.

Ensure coffee machines equipment and utensils are properly maintained and cleaned.

Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.

Follow hotel standards food safety regulations and departmental procedures.

Handle guest requests and feedback professionally and efficiently.

Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Previous experience as a Barista preferably within a 5-star hotel luxury restaurant café or high-end hospitality environment.

Good knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage service.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality.

Excellent attention to detail and presentation.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multicultural environment.

Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

Flexible to work shifts weekends and public holidays.
