Sirene by GAIA is looking to hire an experienced Bar Manager join their team in J1 Dubai.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role within a high-end hospitality environment.

• Strong knowledge of cocktails spirits wine and beverage service.

• Proven leadership and team management skills.

• Strong understanding of bar operations stock control and beverage cost management.

• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

• Experience working with VIP clientele and in high-volume environments.

• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

• Flexible to work evenings weekends and peak periods.
