Job description
Responsible for all incoming inquiry
Prepare process and manage Quotation with accuracy and precision.
Handling urgent calls emails and messages when sales representatives are unavailable.
Handle administrative tasks such as document filing and record-keeping
Handling orders by phone email or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices discounts and product numbers.
Assist in resolving customer queries and issues through efficient communication.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow

Requirements
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
Proficiency in office software and data management tools. (Word Excel & AutoCAD)
Bachelors degree or equivalent compulsory.
