Assistant to CEO

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant to CEO to join our growing team at Freelancerprox. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills a strong work ethic and a passion for supporting the CEO in all aspects of their role.

WE required for our portal upcoming positions will be available to different companies for hiring purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the CEO including managing their schedule organizing meetings and handling correspondence.

Conduct research and prepare reports presentations and other materials as needed.

Assist with project management tasks including tracking deadlines coordinating with team members and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Manage travel arrangements and logistics for the CEO including booking flights accommodations and transportation.

Act as a liaison between the CEO and other team members clients and external partners.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.

2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant Personal Assistant or similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.

Professional and polished demeanor.

Fluency in English is required proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Previous experience in a startup or freelance environment is preferred.
