Job Description: As a Hairstylist you will play a key role in providing professional hair care and styling services to our clients. From classic cuts to trendy hairstyles you will use your creativity and expertise to deliver personalised services tailored to each clients preferences and needs. With a passion for hair styling and a commitment to excellence you will contribute to our salons reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation:

Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their hair care needs preferences and lifestyle factors.

Provide expert advice and recommendations on suitable haircuts styles colors and treatments based on clients hair type face shape and skin tone.

Hair cutting and Styling:

Perform a variety of hair cutting and styling techniques including precision cuts layering texturing and razor cutting.

Use professional tools and equipment to achieve desired hair styles such as scissors razors clippers and styling products.

Hair Coloring and Treatment:

Administer hair coloring services including highlights balayage ombre and fullcolor treatments using professional hair color products.

Recommend and apply hair treatments such as conditioning treatments keratin treatments and hair masks to improve hair health and appearance.

Hair Extensions and Specialized Services:

Offer hair extension services including installation blending and maintenance to clients seeking length or volume enhancement.

Provide specialised services such as bridal hair styling event styling and hair straightening or curling treatments as requested by clients.

Customer Service and Client Retention:

Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for clients from booking to completion of services.

Build rapport with clients establish longterm relationships and encourage repeat business through excellent service and personalised recommendations.

Product Knowledge and Sales:

Stay updated on the latest hair care products tools and trends in the industry.

Educate clients on proper hair care techniques and recommend retail products for athome maintenance.

Support retail sales efforts by promoting salon products and achieving sales targets.

Sanitation and Cleanliness:

Adhere to salon sanitation and hygiene standards to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Sterilise and disinfect tools equipment and workstations regularly to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Formal training and certification from a recognised cosmetology or hair styling school.

Minimum of 6 years of experience working as a hairstylist in a salon environment.

Proficiency in a variety of hair cutting styling and coloring techniques.

Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Creativity attention to detail and passion for the art of hair styling.

Valid cosmetology license or hairstylist certification (if required by local regulations).

Arabic Language is mandatory
