- Support the Director of Nursing in the planning implementation and operational readiness of oncology nursing services.
- Lead supervise and develop oncology nursing teams to ensure safe high-quality patient care.
- Support the development and implementation of nursing policies procedures clinical pathways and standards.
- Ensure compliance with clinical regulatory and patient safety requirements.
- Collaborate with physicians allied health professionals and multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated oncology care.
- Support staff education competency development mentoring and professional growth.
- Monitor nursing quality indicators patient outcomes and performance improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the implementation of evidence-based oncology nursing practices.
- Support the development and improvement of chemotherapy infusion hematology and other specialized oncology services.
- Promote a positive collaborative and patient-centered nursing culture.
- Assist with service development workforce planning and operational improvement initiatives.
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Nursing; Masters preferred.
- 78 years of overall nursing experience with significant experience in Oncology.
- Previous experience in a Nursing Leadership / Assistant Nurse Manager / Nurse Manager / Clinical Leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of oncology nursing practices patient safety and clinical standards.
- Experience managing and developing nursing teams within a hospital or cancer-care setting.
- Experience in chemotherapy infusion hematology or other specialized oncology services is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in quality improvement clinical governance and evidence-based practice.
- Strong communication leadership mentoring and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
- Experience within a major hospital academic medical center cancer center or internationally accredited healthcare organization is preferred.
- Willing to relocate to UAE.
