ملخص الوظيفة
Key Responsibilities:Assist with data entry bookkeeping and maintaining financial accounts payable and receivable and process invoices expense claims and payment bank statements and supplier the monthly quarterly and annual closing in preparing financial reports and documentation for accurate records and ensure proper documentation for all the Accountant or Finance Manager in budgeting and forecasting petty cash and ensure timely compliance with VAT and UAE financial :Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related : 13 years in an accounting or finance role (UAE experience preferred).Skills:Basic understanding of accounting in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. Tally QuickBooks or ERP systems).Strong attention to detail and organizational analytical and problemsolving : Fluency in English is required (Arabic is a plus).Availability: Immediately available candidates will be :Competitive salaryHealth insurance and paid leaveProfessional development opportunitiesSupportive team and work environment
