Asphalt Foreman Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to assist the Asphalt Foreman in overseeing asphalt paving operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the foreman in managing daily activities on the job site ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining quality standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating with crew members monitoring equipment and material usage assisting in the planning and scheduling of work and maintaining effective communication with project stakeholders. The assistant will also help in training new team members and performing regular inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications. Strong organizational skills a commitment to safety and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role. Prior experience in asphalt paving or construction is preferred.
