- Bachelors degree in Fine Arts Art Education or a closely related field; Masters degree is highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 45 years of teaching experience in art education preferably in an international or bilingual school setting.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing engaging standards-based art curricula.
- Strong proficiency in a wide range of artistic mediums and techniques including traditional and digital tools.
- Valid teaching certification or license recognized by UAE education authorities.
- IELTS score of 6.5 or higher (or equivalent English language proficiency) required for Arab National Western National and Native English speakers.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and classroom management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural team and adapt to diverse learning needs.
- Familiarity with international curricula such as IB Cambridge or National Curriculum for England is highly desirable.
