This role is for a Dubai-based construction and property development company which is a leading developer of premium and luxury freehold properties in the UAE has operated since 2002 and runs an in-house construction division supporting landmark projects in Dubai.

Job Title: Architect
Location: Dubai UAE
Salary Range: AED 8000 - 14000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of UAE experience

Role Overview

The Architect will support the design development coordination and execution of residential and mixed-use building projects in Dubai. The role suits a professional with hands-on UAE project exposure who can work closely with internal construction teams consultants and authorities to deliver high-quality design solutions aligned with project timelines and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts design packages and detailed drawings for residential villa apartment and mixed-use projects in Dubai.
• Coordinate with structural MEP interior design and site teams to ensure design intent is maintained through execution.
• Prepare and review design documentation material specifications authority submission packages and drawing revisions.
• Liaise with consultants subcontractors and project teams to resolve technical and design-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations local building codes project standards and client requirements.
• Support site supervision teams by responding to RFIs reviewing shop drawings and assisting with design changes during construction.
• Participate in project meetings and track design progress against approved timelines and deliverables.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of architectural experience in the UAE construction or property development sector.
• Good knowledge of Dubai authority approval processes local codes and permit requirements.
• Experience in residential luxury villa apartment or mixed-use developments will be preferred reflecting the companys premium and luxury development focus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and other design or presentation software.
• Strong coordination communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple design priorities.
