Under the general direction of the RETAIL ADVERTISING & PROMOTIONS MANAGER and the heads AutoServices, Tasjeel and Franchise and F&B Business Units, prepare a Marketing Communication plan for each business unit detailing the activity along with the time schedule and budget associated with the same in-line with business requirements.
Assist in developing, planning and managing the implementation of brand activities of AutoServices, Tasjeel, Franchise & F&B brands through:- Creation of brand and tactical promotion campaigns and mechanics in coordination with the advertising agency and concerned business owner that will increase sales and enhance brand image
- Execute campaigns and manage all deliverables and roll out following project plan and project timelines.
- Create marketing presentations for internal and staff briefings
- Identification of possible joint promotions between various retail businesses to maximize benefits to the overall organization
- Writing inspiring agency briefs that lead to effective campaigns
- Measuring effectiveness of campaigns once deployed and contributing to post campaign analysis report.
- Ensuring all campaigns are followed up with post-campaign market research in liaison with research department

- Managing online components of the campaign from website, digital advertising to social media channel content management.
- Ensuring PR plan for the selective brands is in line with campaign roll out. Write press release briefs, liaise with PR dept/agency.
Oversee the marketing collateral production process including managing production schedule, managing production briefs with vendors, ensuring cost-effective production, cross-checking rate cards and sticking to timelines
Organize and execute Enoc Retail participation at events, sponsorships and CSR activities.
- Manage POS roll out on-site for new site openings and execute comms plan.
Responsible for on-site branding of petrol stations and consistent ENOC branding across all service stations.
Perform other tasks as may be assigned by Retail Advertising & Promotions Manager & Retail Communications Manager
