Job Summary
The Principal Application Operations (Digital) is responsible for ensuring the stability availability and performance of all critical digital platforms. This role oversees end-to-end operational health across mobile web APIs CRM and ERP systems acting as a production gatekeeper while driving continuous improvement automation and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure end-to-end availability stability and performance of digital applications.
- Drive proactive monitoring across application infrastructure database and network layers.
- Lead incident management and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Act as the production gatekeeper for deployments and releases.
- Own Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies and execute regular DR testing.
- Provide performance reporting and stakeholder communication.
- Manage vendors and ensure SLA adherence.
- Drive audit remediation and compliance controls.
- Lead innovation through automation AIOps and RPA initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- 10 years of experience in application operations support or engineering roles.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure) databases networking and enterprise systems.
- Experience supporting mobile web API CRM and ERP applications.
