Dr Job FZ LLC, a leading IT Services and IT Consulting company based in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a dedicated Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. As a Telemarketer at Dr Job FZ LLC, you will play a vital role in promoting our services and generating leads through effective communication with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services

- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions

- Schedule appointments for sales representatives

- Maintain accurate records of contacts and sales activities in the CRM system

- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets

- Provide detailed information about products/services to potential customers

Requirements & Skills:

- 2-3 years of experience in telemarketing or a similar role

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customers

- Proficiency in English

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
