Health Safety and Environment HSE Officer

DREAMZTECH, a leading Building Construction company in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a dedicated Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Officer to join our team. As the HSE Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and worksites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety & Environment regulations.

- Conduct thorough risk assessments and site inspections regularly.

- Implement and oversee the adherence to safety policies and procedures.

- Investigate incidents, accidents, or near misses, and prepare detailed reports.

- Provide safety training sessions and conduct toolbox talks for staff members.

Requirements & Skills:

- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Health and Safety.

- Possess NEBOSH or IOSH certification (preferred).

- Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience in Health, Safety, and Environment roles.

- Sound understanding of UAE safety regulations and practices.

- Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail in reporting incidents.
