Job Summary
Managing tenant contract renewals.
Ensuring timely renewals and maximizing the retention.
Negotiation & Data tracking.
Key Responsibilities
The key duties and responsibilities of the Renewal & Tenant Relations Executive include but are not limited to:
Contract Renewals
Send renewal notices to tenants
Follow up on renewals via phone WhatsApp and formal letters
Handle renewal negotiations
Prepare and print contracts (via Yardi and offline)
Contract Terminations
Conduct termination negotiations
Process contract terminations
Manage NOCs and coordinate move-out procedures
Tenant Relations
Address tenant concerns and resolve issues
Coordinate with maintenance teams and ensure timely follow-ups
Administrative & System Tasks
Perform Yardi data entry and workflow management
Renewals
Terminations
RentCafe updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication skills
Excellent follow-up and organizational abilities
Proficiency in CRM systems and property management software (Yardi)
Fluent in English
Native Arabic speaker
