Role Summary:
Responsible for developing business through partner restaurants by building and maintaining long-term relationships. Manage existing accounts optimize restaurant content handle menu updates and drive revenue growth through strategic account management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct business reviews with accounts to identify opportunities and drive increased revenue profitability and market share
- Maintain continuous business relationships with clients and restaurants through regular communication and proactive support to resolve operational issues
- Manage restaurant content including menus delivery times and method of access (MOA) to ensure optimal performance
- Renegotiate commission rates and develop new commercial relationships by renewing existing contacts with improved offers
- Generate revenue through advertisement sales brand promotions coupons and vouchers; acquire and maintain restaurant menu photography and Talabat branding materials
- Encourage restaurant adoption of digital features including track order functionality white-label solutions online payment gateways and other digitalization initiatives
- Monitor restaurant status on the Talabat platform and coordinate with restaurants to resolve issues affecting live status or delivery operations
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular CRM updates via Salesforce including contact reports activity reports sales reports and account analysis
- Attend sales and marketing team meetings and contribute to strategic planning and performance updates
Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree within Business Administration or any other related field
Minimum of 3 years experience within Sales
Negotiation Skills
Ability to meet deadlines and be flexible in working
Fluent in both languages Arabic and English
Communication skills (Written and Verbal)
