Job Title - Wholesale- Sales Executive

Locations: Dubai UAE

Job Summary:

This role focuses on driving revenue by selling products in bulk to B2B clients managing commercial relationship with assigned wholesalers approach and on board new potential & relevant wholesalers follow up on collection ensure wholesale staff are well trained and educated about our products and ensure all products sold to wholesale are sold in the UAE market only. Most importantly training and supporting wholesalers in increasing distributions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Expand distribution under wholesalers and increase product penetration.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territories.

3. Identify and pursue business opportunities in assigned territories by enhancing wholesalers ability to sell or increase distribution

4. Identifying challenges or opportunities for distribution and proposing strategies to overcome challenges

5. Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.

6. On board new accounts Process orders monitor stock levels coordinate shipping dates and handle client inquiries regarding pricing or product availability & promotions.

7. Build and maintain strong trust-based relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.

8. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of personal care & Baby products including key selling features benefits usage instructions and safety compliance.

9. Accurately process orders and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.

10. Regularly update and report sales performance KPIs and forecasts to inform strategic decisions.

up with customers to ensure timely payments and reduce outstanding :

3 years of recent experience in Personal care products Industry or baby milk & baby products industry of at least 3 years in the UAE market (Dubai Sharjah & Abu Dhabi).

degree in business Marketing or a related field (preferred).

communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.

-oriented self-motivated and able to work independently.

in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.

UAE drivers license (DL) and ownership of a car.

to travel within the assigned region.
