Executive - HR & Admin:
The HR Executive position is for someone who is proactive eager to learn and can support HR operations effectively for both the business and its employees. The role requires good coordination teamwork and communication skills.
The HR Executive should have basic knowledge of HR systems and hands-on experience in supporting recruitment employee engagement performance management and other HR processes. He/she should also be organized detail-oriented and willing to take initiative.
The Executive - HR & Admin will be reporting to the Director of HR & BT
JOB DESCRIPTION
Support talent acquisition activities Maintain HR records and documentation Support performance management and training activities Assist HR reporting and day-to-day administrative tasks Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for administrative activities Organize team events recognition programs and wellness initiatives Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for staff.
Qualifications & Competencies
MBA or bachelors degree in human resource management 3 to 5 years of experience in HR field Proficient in English Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience of working on HRIS Spanish is an advantage
