Job Title: Assistant Machine Operator

About the Role:
We are seeking a hands-on Assistant Machine Operator to support our production team. The role involves assisting with machine setup operation minor maintenance and ensuring product quality under the guidance of the Lead Operator or Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in machine setup and material loading
- Operate machines following safety and quality procedures
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning
- Handle materials and finished products
- Maintain production records and reports
- Follow all safety rules and use PPE
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
- Physically fit and willing to work in shifts
