Requirements
What you will do
- Support day-to-day management of travel accounts and proposals
- Assist in preparing presentations media kits and client decks
- Coordinate with editorial social and production teams
- Track deliverables timelines and campaign performance
- Help with market research on luxury hotels destinations and tourism boards
- Support event shoot and content planning when required
What we are looking for
- Strong interest in luxury travel media and storytelling
- Organized detail-focused and able to manage deadlines
- Confident communicator written and verbal
- Comfortable with PowerPoint Google Slides and basic Excel
- Proactive curious and eager to learn
