ملخص الوظيفة
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate technical design packages for high-rise projects.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications codes and industry standards.
- Lead and manage BIM workflows ensuring accuracy and efficiency in Revit models.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design and technical issues.
- Support project managers in delivering projects on time and within scope.
- Provide technical guidance to junior architects and design staff.
- Participate in design review meetings and client presentations.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Must have 8-10 years of proven experience as a Technical Architect preferably within the UAE.
- Strong track record in high-rise project design and delivery.
- Proficiency in Revit and advanced BIM experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Strong coordination skills with the ability to work across disciplines.
- A proactive team player with leadership potential.
- Must be currently based in the UAE.
- Immediate availability to join.
