ملخص الوظيفة
Job Responsibilities:
- Inspect and monitor civil works related to finishes and external utilities to ensure compliance with project specifications quality standards and approved drawings.
- Conduct regular site inspections testing and quality control checks as per project and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation including inspection requests (IRs) checklists and reports.
- Coordinate with site engineers consultants and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to approved quality control procedures and construction methods.
- Verify materials and workmanship against project requirements and applicable standards.
- Report non-conformances propose corrective actions and follow up on closure.
- Support QA/QC engineers in audits quality reviews and compliance checks.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of construction experience in the UAE.
- Strong background in finishes and external utility civil works.
- Previous experience in a contracting company is mandatory.
- Familiar with QA/QC procedures standards and inspection processes.
- Currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
