ملخص الوظيفة
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop manage and update BIM models for large-scale architectural projects in compliance with project requirements.
- Produce detailed drawings shop drawings and construction documents from BIM models.
- Coordinate BIM models with other disciplines (structural MEP etc.) to ensure design integration and clash-free outputs.
- Implement and maintain BIM standards templates and workflows as per project/company guidelines.
- Support project teams in design development detailing and documentation.
- Conduct clash detection model validation and quality checks.
- Liaise with project managers architects and engineers to resolve design and technical issues.
- Ensure timely delivery of BIM outputs in line with project schedules.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of BIM modeling experience in architectural works.
- Strong contracting company background with proven delivery on construction projects.
- Experience working on large-scale UAE/GCC projects.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit AutoCAD Navisworks and other relevant BIM software.
- Knowledge of BIM execution plans LOD standards and coordination workflows.
- Currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
