Job Overview
IIQAF Group is seeking a friendly and service-oriented Waiter Assistant to support food and beverage service operations in our hospitality outlets in Dubai. The successful candidate will assist waiters and servers in delivering high-quality customer service maintaining table readiness and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.
This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in restaurant service hotel dining or food and beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist waiters and servers with food and beverage service
- Set up clear and reset tables efficiently
- Ensure dining areas are clean organised and presentable
- Refill water condiments and service items as required
- Support timely service during peak dining hours
- Follow hospitality service standards and hygiene guidelines
- Assist with basic guest requests and customer service needs
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Waiter Assistant Server Assistant or F&B Support Staff
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Team-oriented attitude and positive work ethic
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
- Willingness to work shifts weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hotels restaurants cafés or catering services
- Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices
- Multilingual communication skills (English required; Arabic a plus)
- Experience working in Dubai or UAE hospitality sector
