Talent Acquisition Coordination Associate

Key responsibilities:
- Ensure great candidate experience through providing logistical and administrative support to the recruitment process across functions and geographies
- Support Talent Acquisition Specialist in recruitment activities where relevant
- Manage interview/assessment calendar and coordinate between candidate and hiring manager
- Initiate preboarding due diligence activities where applicable
- Create and store hiring documentation and update data of the new employee in relevant systems (e.g. Workday)
- Liaise with third party providers as relevant and other functions outside of HR
- Manage the recruitment platform
- Occasional support for employer branding activities such as career fairs social media campaigns etc.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by managers
