We are seeking Czech-speaking professionals to join our teams in Lisbon Portugal. Two roles are available both with accommodation included in the contract. No experience required!

Role 1: Customer Service Representative (Czech English)

Location: Lisbon (on-site)
Working Hours: Monday to Sunday 08:0017:00 or 09:0018:00 (rotating shifts)
Days Off: 2 rotating days per week
Note: Schedule may later change to 24/7 rotating shifts

Requirements:

Strong understanding of e-commerce products and services
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Empathy and rational decision-making
Ability to manage high contact volumes during peak periods

Role 2: Content Moderator (Czech English)

Location: Lisbon (on-site)
Working Hours: 24/7 Monday to Sunday (rotating shifts)
Days Off: 2 rotating days per week

Requirements:

Strong moderation and decision-making skills
Knowledge of e-commerce environments
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage peak queue volumes during promotional periods

Salary & Benefits (both roles)

Base salary: 920 x 14 months
Performance bonus: 45 x 11 months
Meal allowance
Night & weekend shift bonuses
1500 signing bonus
Accommodation included (private room arranged by the company)
