Dr Job FZ LLC, a prominent player in the Real Estate Agents and Brokers industry in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking a talented individual for a Talent Acquisition role. As a Talent Acquisition specialist, you will collaborate with clients to understand their real estate needs, conduct market research, show properties, negotiate prices, and ensure smooth real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences
- Conduct market research to identify potential properties for clients
- Show properties to potential buyers and tenants and provide guidance on the buying/renting process
- Negotiate property prices and terms on behalf of clients
- Prepare and finalize real estate contracts and lease agreements
- Maintain a database of available properties and market trends
- Stay up-to-date with real estate regulations and best practices
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Real Estate Broker or Consultant
- Strong knowledge of real estate market trends in Abu Dhabi
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- UAE driver's license and own transportation
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with a customer-centric approach
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification as a Real Estate Broker
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus
