We are looking for a Lead Engineer specialized in Homologation & Regulatory Compliance.
- Responsible for regulatory compliance and certification processes across regional and international markets.
- Manages end-to-end product approval cycles liaises with regulatory authorities and ensures alignment with evolving standards.
- Collaborates cross-functionally to support product readiness market entry and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- 3 years of experience in Homologation
- Strong understanding of regional and international regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects
- Experience working with government agencies and certification bodies
- Skilled in risk assessment documentation and regulatory reporting
- Comfortable working in multicultural and fast-paced environments
- Willing to travel regionally or internationally as required
