ملخص الوظيفة
- Preparation of baseline schedule for buildings and infra projects
- Cost and resource loading of baseline schedules
- Weekly schedule updates and preparation of reports
- Identify potential delays/slippages and conduct impact analysis
- Coordination with the site teams & other stakeholders for schedule communication alignment and data collection
- Facilitate coordination between the project sites manufacturing units and any other in-house entities.
- Prepare daily weekly and monthly reports for the management
- Present critical issues and mitigation strategies in review meetings
- Maintain records of baselines revised schedules and updates
- Support manpower planning based on project timelines
- Assist in preparing the resource rolling plans & productivity monitoring.
- Support preparation/ evaluation of delay analysis
- Support digitalization initiative in the planning function.
