Faszination GmbH is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key leader you will be responsible for overseeing and managing engineering projects from conception to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for engineering excellence.

Lead and manage engineering projects ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
Develop detailed project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocation.
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless project .
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates and addressing any issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout project lifecycles.
Mentor and guide team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in engineering project management. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus.
Proven experience in a leadership role within engineering project management.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
