Job Overview
Kudzu Infotech is seeking a Senior Lead MS Dynamic CRM Developer to join our team in Dubai on a fulltime basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in MS Dynamics CRM customization and CRM data migration along with a robust background in C# development plugin development workflow development JavaScript customization and integration with other systems. This role also requires strong team leadership abilities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive experience in MS Dynamics CRM customization (Mandatory skill)
- Proven track record of CRM data migration projects (Mandatory skill)
- Proficient in C# development with a deep understanding framework
- Experience in plugin development for MS Dynamics CRM
- Proficiency in workflow development and business process automation
- Skilled in JavaScript customization within the CRM environment
- Experience with integration of MS Dynamics CRM with other systems
- Strong team leadership and project management skills including the ability to mentor junior developers
Skill Sets:
- MS Dynamics 365 version 1612 8.2.3.252 (DB 8.2.3.252 onpremises version (Sales and Case Management Modules)
- MS ADX version 8.2.28.11
- MS SQL Server 2019 CU8
- Experience with Dynamics Cloud Migration to Cloud.
- Insurance domain P&C and Medical
- UAE experience is preferred
- 10 years of Experience
- MS DynamicsCRMON PREMISETechnicalLead (version details shared above)
- Understanding of Insurance preferred
- Reasonably good communication skills since he will be our only rep onsite
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and customization of MS Dynamics CRM to meet business requirements
- Oversee CRM data migration activities ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Develop custom plugins and workflows to extend CRM functionality
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems
- Implement and customize JavaScript libraries to enhance CRM capabilities
- Mentor and guide junior developers providing technical oversight and leadership
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure adherence to best practices in development deployment and documentation
