- Minimum one year of UAE work experience as a Team Leader in a Direct Sales Agency or a Bank
- Should have managed a team of minimum 10 members or more
- Proven consistency in achieving targets
- Familiar with Direct Sales and Telephone Sales models
- Available to join maximum within two weeks
