ملخص الوظيفة
- Providing professional friendly and engaging service.
- Painting interior and exterior areas of the hotel using brushes rollers spray guns or other applicators.
- Preparing surfaces for painting by washing sing sanding or sandblasting.
- Cutting in freehand or with tape spot priming and rolling walls.
- Caulking filling sanding trim; patching drywall; and rolling walls and trim.
- Mixing and matching paints enamels lacquers stains and special protective coatings.
- Identifying and repairing deficiencies in drywall millwork appliances fixtures flooring and windows.
- Assisting with preventative maintenance tasks and repairs.
- Maintaining an organized inventory of painting materials and supplies.
- Prioritizing tasks and working efficiently.
- Supporting Health & Safety standards and environmental sustainability programs.
- Collaborating with the Chief Engineer and team on projects and renovations.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of at least 2 years of working experience in a hotel or resort
- Secondary / High school education
