Description

Your Mission:

Lead and manage the compliance aspects of GMark Oman and Bahrain Certification programs.
Ensure full alignment with GSO (GCC Standardization Organization) Oman DGSM and Bahrain BTMD regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key authorities and stakeholders representing the company professionally and proactively.
Monitor regulatory updates and implement required changes in certification processes.
Maintain excellence in documentation reporting and internal audits.
Act as the subject matter expert and point of contact for internal and external queries related to the programs.

You Bring:

Solid experience in Product Certification Compliance TIC (Testing Inspection Certification) services or related fields.
Strong knowledge of GMark Oman EE and Oman COC and Bahrain EE regulations and conformity assessment schemes.
Sound understanding of ISO/IEC 17065.
Proven experience in leading scope expansion initiatives and managing regulatory projects.
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate crossfunctional teams and deliver on timelines.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently manage multiple stakeholders and drive initiatives forward.
Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Qualifications

Bachelors degree required.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Extensive knowledge of Middle East Certification Schemes requirements and procedures.
Experienced in GSO KSA UAE Oman Bahrain Certification Schemes for Safety and Energy Efficiency.
Deep knowledge of the TIC business and the industries in which the business functions.
Understanding of scheme operation requirements and ability to connect those to business needs and customer preferences.
Natural influencing skills confident and be able to deliver the message.
Ability to network and build relationship with internal and external stakeholders and lead/facilitate collaboration toward a common goal.
Able to deal in the ambiguity and take decisions support customer in understanding their problem and provide valid solutions based on their knowledge schemes and past experiences.
Experienced and knowledgeable for a certain geographic area specific areas of regulations.
Excellent in communication strong project management able to summarize requirements and describe difficult concepts in a clear way network builder.
Bachelors Degree Engineering International Relations or other specialization based on the specific coverage preferred.
