My client is one of the most renowned global design firms currently involved on a number of exciting projects within Hospitality MixedUse and Residential sectors.
As part of their continued development and due to an urgent need to recruit specialist staff we are assisting the client on several key hires to help support the continued growth of the business.
Their most pressing requirement is a Lead Interior Designer in Dubai. We are looking for candidates with proven track record and a strong portfolio of being able to run projects independently and manage the ID department.
Key Activities (But not limited to):
Due to the volume of applicants only those successful and meet the criteria will be contacted.
As part of their continued development and due to an urgent need to recruit specialist staff we are assisting the client on several key hires to help support the continued growth of the business.
Their most pressing requirement is a Lead Interior Designer in Dubai. We are looking for candidates with proven track record and a strong portfolio of being able to run projects independently and manage the ID department.
Key Activities (But not limited to):
- Setting up the full programme during project kick off
- Developing and leading the Interior Design division and providing full direction
- Attending meetings and drafting notes and actions of meetings
- Concept presentation and reviewing deliverables on project basis
- Client liaison
- Overseeing submissions for building permit and Civil Defence with the support of the team
- Involvement and reviewing design information
- Schematic design development with design team
- Minimum 10 years of experience
- Must have a Bachelors qualification (Masters degree highly desirable)
- Must be able to demonstrate a strong portfolio of projects
- Must be able to manage multicultural team and motivated to help the business achieve its objectives
- Good communication skills
