As a Hospital Administrator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facilities and providing exceptional service to our patients.
In this entry-level role you will assist with various administrative tasks contribute to patient care management and support our healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality services. We offer a competitive salary range of AED 8000 - AED 9000 monthly along with a supportive work environment that encourages professional development.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing hospital administrative operations
Coordinate patient admissions and discharges
Maintain accurate patient records and databases
Support billing and insurance processing
Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues
Collaborate with healthcare staff to improve patient care
Participate in departmental meetings and training
Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration or related field is preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Basic understanding of healthcare systems and processes
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
