Were looking for a DC Sr. Coordinator Data to join the team and focus on growing our own DC tMart to manage the full operations and DC Process by implementing our commercial & demand requirements. Below are some of the responsibilities:
- Manage all activities related to warehouse operations such as inbound outbound put-away picking packing and dispatch
- Oversee and optimize Dark Stores operations ensuring that all goods are accurately received stored and made available for order fulfillment
- Manage relationships with suppliers regarding deliveries discrepancies and return processing (GRV - Goods Return Vouchers)
- Provide new and existing customers with the best possible service in relation to billing inquiries service requests suggestions and complaints
Qualifications :
- Good experience with Microsoft Dynamics is highly preferred
- Proven experience in customer service or support roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of billing systems and service management tools is a plus.
