HR Generalist and Public Relations (PRO) Executive HR Operations Jobs in Dubai
Location: Dubai United Arab Emirates
Industry: Government Relations / Corporate Services
Salary (tax-free): AED 7000 to 15000 per month
About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist and public Relations Executive (PRO) to handle document clearing government relations and trade license processes across multiple free zones and government authorities in the UAE Payroll WPS Visa and other HR Generalist activities .The Ideal candidates should have worked in HR and PRO activities both as an Individual contributor .
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all documentation and government-related processes including company trade licenses visas immigration and renewals.
- Liaise effectively with government authorities such as DMCC JAFZA DED Ministry of Labour and Immigration.
- Handle document clearing approvals attestations and submissions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws free zone regulations and trade licensing requirements.
- Handle WPS and payroll systems
- Bank Interaction: Coordinate with banks for opening and closing corporate accounts resolving banking-related documentation and supporting other corporate banking requirements.
- Handle all HR Generalist activities for the organization as an Individual Contributor .
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 6 years experience as a PRO and HR Generalist in the UAE with strong knowledge of government processes.
- Proven expertise in handling DMCC JAFZA DED Ministry of Labour Immigration and trade license documentationVisa processing .
- Working in Individual contributor role currently
- Handling Payroll and WPS related work
