Job Title: Head of Teaching & Learning
Location: Dubai
Curriculum: CBSE

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee teaching and learning strategies across the school.
Mentor and support teachers to enhance instructional practices and student outcomes.
Monitor classroom performance curriculum delivery and assessment practices.
Drive professional development programs for teachers and staff.
Implement innovative teaching methodologies to improve learning outcomes.
Actively participate in school events assemblies and strategic educational planning.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Education Teaching & Learning or related field.
Postgraduate qualification (Masters preferred) in Education Leadership or Pedagogy.
Minimum 5 years of teaching leadership experience with at least 23 years in Dubai/UAE.
Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum and modern pedagogical approaches.
Able to join starting April 2026 for the next academic year.
