Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – CIS Region (Remote)
Location: Remote (Candidates from CIS countries preferred; Kenya-based candidates may also be considered)
Language Requirement: Fluent in Russian
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to support sales activities across the CIS region. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Russian and possess proven experience in regional sales or tele-sales. This role involves identifying potential customers conducting remote sales outreach and supporting business development initiatives within the target market.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound sales calls and remote outreach to prospective clients in the CIS region.
Generate and qualify sales leads through tele-calling emails and online platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Present company products or services effectively and handle client inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM or sales tools.
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support regional sales strategies.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities within the CIS region.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Fluent in Russian (mandatory).
Proven experience in inside sales tele-sales or regional sales.
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Basic proficiency in CRM tools MS Office and online communication platforms.
Strong lead generation and client relationship management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience handling CIS region clients or markets.
Background in international sales or cross-border business development.
Ability to manage multiple leads and sales pipelines effectively.
