About the Role:
We are looking for a Solution Engineer with strong presentation skills as well as a strong technical and digital background to support our Channel Partners. As a Solution Engineer your primary responsibility is to deliver technical and strategic support throughout the entire sales cycles for our partners predominantly across the APJ MEA and Southern Europe regions. Some of the largest and most complex enterprise solutions in the region which will require a broad technical skillset and excellent business acumen and insight will challenge you.

What You Will Do:
  • Act as primary contact for designated partners fostering strong relationships across all levels
  • Understand each partners unique objectives challenges and requirements aligning Sitecore solutions accordingly
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling cross-selling and contract renewals to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to enable exceptional support
  • Stay updated on industry trends competitive landscape and customer feedback to inform product enhancements
  • Support our partners sales teams with technical aspects of the Sitecore sales processes
  • Enableandassistpartnersintheprospectingphasetodeliverthebestpossiblesolution proposal
  • DeliverbespokedemonstrationscenariosoftheSitecoresoftwaresolutions
  • DevelopanddeliverProofsofConcepttoSitecorepartner prospectorganizations
  • Occasionalpublicspeakingoneventsintheregions
  • Solutionprototypingdeliveryskinningandpresentation
  • Spendingaportionofyourtimelearningandupskillingontheplatformandnewandassociatedtechnologiesandfeatures.
  • WritingtechnicalanswersandproposalstoRFPRFQRFIfromprospects
What You Need to Succeed:
  • Experiencewithcombiningtechnicalelementswithbusinessneedsandbusinessrequirementsoftheclients
  • Experiencedatdemonstratingsoftwareusingavaluebasedapproach
  • Demonstratetheabilitytoresolvemorecomplextechnicalissuesandintegrationofmultipleproductstocreatesolutions
  • Anappreciationandunderstandingofcross-channeldigitalmarketingTechnologies
  • Abilitytoabsorbandintegratelargeamountsofinformationinshorttimescales
  • Excellentteamplayerabletoworkcloselywithothertechnicalsalesandbusinessdevelopmentcolleagueswhileatthesametimeunderstandthevalueofself-driveandtheabilitytocontrolandprioritizeowntimeindependently
