Dreamcom, a leading company in the industry based in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a dynamic Sales professional to join our team. As a Sales team member, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base through effective sales strategies and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

- Identify and reach out to potential clients to present our products/services.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

- Prepare sales proposals, quotes, and contracts for potential clients.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and support campaigns.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements & Skills:

- Proven experience in sales or a related field.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Goal-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
